Davids Property

The Davids Property is fourteen acres plus a deeded easement to Laurel Road. The Property includes a system of cut ditches connecting detention and retention ponds. Approx. seven acres is mowed with the remainder is various states of "wild" condition.

Owner would consider selling all 14 acres. But read the page on development. Do not call if you believe you can negotiate for rezoning, a contingent closing or terms favorable for a developer. Don't contact us if you are not a cash buyer or if you do not have a cash buyer in hand.
